Default Coffee has good benefits for the most part

I read that too much. Caffeine is not good for a body, but you can’t prove it by me.
Coffee has some very good benefits. They have tried for years to come up with negative effects of coffee and have found very few, and they pale in comparison to the benefits. Especially, better brain function. I, too, drink a lot of coffee.

I drink one 16oz mug of freshly ground Italian Lavazza Super Crema. Then I drink only lemon water through the day. Before bed I drink no caffeine herbal tea made to help you sleep by Republic of Tea.

I use an espresso machine, 2 pods per cup of dark espresso. 3 cups a day. Love the stuff! Sometimes I will have another cup in the afternoon or a Starbucks Cafe Mocha.

Ditto! Tried it once, gagged, and never tried it again. Can’t even stand the smell so I won’t go into places like Starbucks. I don’t like any hot drinks, so no tea either. I do occasionally enjoy a Coke Zero with a meal because I also don’t like wine or alcoholic drinks except an occasional Margarita at a Mexican restaurant.

I heard on the news last week that coffee consumed between 6am and 1pm provides the most health benefits - something to do with how/when the body processes antioxidants. I'm not a scientist, so I can't comment further. My coffee consumption falls within that timeframe, so I said a silent 'Yay!'. Who knows what the next study will find ...

We use Keurig and usually one pod a day used for 2 8oz cups of Joe. Yes the 2nd cup is weaker, but the flavor is still there.

I don’t drink coffee at all. I’ve had maybe three cups in my life. I just never acquired the taste, but I do love the smell of it.

I even spent 20 years on active duty as an officer in the Navy, working 20 hour days aboard ship, where everyone drank coffee, but not me.

I do drink a cup of hot tea every morning and iced tea during the day.

Alternatively, if you like light roast coffee like Kona, you could try the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Buy freshly roasted beans online from Stone Street Coffee Co. or from Noble House Coffee. Both are excellent sources and almost as good as Kona but at 1/3 the price.
