You are welcome. There's one I make all the time with zucchini......
I posted it awhile back........it's good hot, warm or even cold.

Can be made in a round pie pan or in a oblong pan for a crowd.
Love the zucchini with the garlic and onions, etc.......

They used to say "Real Men Do Not Each Quiche" but the ones I know do.

The original type is also great...........but so many variations for vegetarian diets.
