Default executive course " GREENS "

Please take better care of the executive course greens. This past season many of them were unplayable.

I agree Bogie, the weather was colder than normal and traffic very heavy for 2 months.

I feel a true Villages Performing Arts Centre is not unreasonable, seeing as what they spending money on. I'd even vote for some kind of bond issue.

Neat bumper sticker. Went like this: "It's God's job to judge terrorists. Our job is to arrange the meeting!"

Bogey, this thread was about what we would like to see in the resident survey. That is why I requested that they take better care of the executive greens. Some folks want performing art centers or indoor pools, all I want is for our greens to be as good as the greens outside of the villages, not to excuse falure where it exists and certainly, not to " beat it to death "

Thanks

Default WiFi

I would like to see a Village wide wiFi system. This is becoming more common in forward thinking towns.

New code every year.

I can imagine the problem doing the survey on dial-up. If you are in TV go to the Savannah center or the library and use one of their computers. Otherwise ask a friend that has broadband.

Default Town Square Shuttles

I put on mine that I would like to see a shuttle service (like they do at the hospital) for the town squares. Too many people are not able to walk from the remote parking lots to the square, restaurants, movies, etc. Looks like it would behove the merchants to help with this. A few weeks ago, one of our ladies clubs ate at red sauce and some of us had to walk from the furthest part of the parking lot behind Cold Water Creek...that's some 2 blocks as the crow flies at that. We drove around about 15 minutes with no luck. I had no problem with walking (could stand to do more..haha), but some of them simply could not because of disabilities, etc. (Not all of them are old, either...we have some relatively young ones unable to handle it.) There was virtually no parking, golf cart or car at lunch time. A couple of them simply returned home (and they were in a cart) because they could neither one handle the distance on foot.

Default Dog Parks

If you're in favour of additional dog parks in The Villages, please remember to make a write-in comment on your Survey!
