I'm just thinking about how many people have moved to TV over the last few months and have never seen entertainment on the squares.
With all the new homes being built and soon to be built surprised they are not talking more about their plans for the future.

I was watching a real estate show yesterday about the Villages and surrounding 55+ communities. The realtor used to work for the Villages and still has friends in their sales office. He stated his friends are being told there is no longer a plan for a 4th square. Has anyone else heard this?
a realtor that used to work for The Villages heard it from a current agent.? Yeah right. Only if he does not like his job. Believe me the agents are the last to hear anything. Don't believe any rumors.

This looks more like a recreation center on steroids rather than a town square like the three squares north of 44.

If they feel they can sell more houses by having it and rent the real estate around it and show a good profit it will be built.

So far figuring their projections do not show it.
