The problem with Soulliere Villas is that drainage system under the streets is not working properly. They’re going to have to dig up the streets repair the drainage and then repave. I believe the Developer agreed to pay for half of the drainage repairs (not the paving).

I’ve noticed no expansion joints in concrete jointing the asphalt road. In My CYV each house has two 1/2 expansion joints. IMO that what pushing up concrete. I also think IMO over watering yards also street adds to the problem.

The Villas will have no issues with the rec center. The path shown in the video is the way in and out but cars will not be parking near us as it is too far. As for the roads and drainage, there are a number of lifted concrete pieces but the original installer will repair these if called. The drainage is the center of the road drainage which is suppose to be better than the side of the road. Between the drainage and the road it will be fixed and paid mostly by the villages and the district, taxes in the district might go up slightly.

As for sales in the area, people are leaving the Villages of moving to bigger homes etc. we love being in Soulliere as it is a great neighborhood.
