Default Parking in front of Sweet Bay

Why does a lot of people have to park in front of Sweet Bay or any store and block the entrance. If you are waiting for someone pull over to a parking space . Your not handy cap. And by doing this you prove your not handy. This just proves people really don't give a crap about others.

People are basically fat and lazy....and most don't care about anybody but themselves....These are the same people who park in the street instead of parking in a driveway .... RUDE !

Just a few. Just a few. I find most people do care.

RUDE ! When they park in the street they are getting exercise, walking further to their home.I think its a great idea.I have been parking in front of "My" home for over 6 years. Thanks what the streets are for.Think of it this way, If you do not like cars on the street, then know one would be going anywhere.

Why do people drive on the parkway and park on the driveway?

I thought streets were for driving; and parking lots and garages were for parking.

I also find it annoying that sometimes it is difficult to walk from my car and enter a store because someone is idling their car in front of the door. Sometimes it is worse than that: sometimes the trunk is up and they are loading packages. Whats with that? Pulling a few feet beyond the entrance shouldn't inconvenience them and it would allow others to get in the door without problem. Its the same ole' same ole' "I'm the most important" and they don't look around to see if the are inconveniencing any one else.

Wow..... personally I refuse to let people's actions disturb my peace of mind. People are people and I'm never surprised by what goes on with one caveat; hurting or exploiting children and animals. Sacrificing my peace of mind, therefore my health, isn't worth it. Some days it's a struggle but well worth the effort. Live and Let Live.

The ones who park in front of the store are the same one's who throw butts out of the car, leave dog poop behind, snap their finger for service, complain about the most minor things.....but thankfully they are way less than 1% of the wonderful caring folks that live here in TV. The incidences are so few and far between that the only way I know of them is reading it here.

Hope everyone on TOTV has a wonderful and happy New Year!!

I understand there are many situations that may require temporary parking on the street, but why would you choose to park in the street if your driveway is available?

I agree with you and can add to it by stating that if I were able, I would perfer to take the few extra steps to walk around the vehicle and into and around the store to do my shopping than be negative about the vehicle blocking my path.

Maybe their life is so smooth and uncomplicated that this kind of stuff IS is the big stuff!
