It sounds like you want a 24/7 concierge for your dog. I think that's going to be fairly hard to find, no matter where you are.

If you're willing to leave the dog at your home...there is a great pet watcher service who will come to your home and check..feed and water and walk.

I have used Rover.com for my Pom in 3 cities I have lived in. I highly recommend it and found a wonderful sitter here in TV (in her beautiful home) and have used her services several times. What kind of dog do you have?
I just moved to the Villages and feel the same way you do about my dog. I had nothing but problems with dog sitters when I lived in NY.

I am meeting a dog sitter tomorrow that will watch him in my home. She comes highly recommended so I am hoping this will work out.

EXACTLY!! The Villages management doesn't run every single business "inside the bubble". As snowbirds, we found pet boarding and day spa businesses in the first 24 hours we rented here. There are many that come with referrals from local veterinarians....
