Then perhaps the restaurant should pay for THEIR needed garage for the customers of THEIR restaurant so they can park for THEIR business. Or does that make too much sense? If not, I'm planning a party at my house for 100 people---could The Villages pay for a new parking garage near my home and pay for it out of everybody's amenity fee?
