Punkpup, what a great statement. Once I move to TV, maybe, in time, I'll start to like like my avatar?? Great News!! Nonie will love this idea!

Thanks for lifting up my spirits today. Although weather in L.A. today is absolutely perfect, so I'm really in a great mood.

My wife and I bought our new house when we were both 49 and became full time residents relocating from NY. We have NEVER felt "out of place". Matter of fact, many of the more "senior" residents seem to put us to shame. We were fully accepted. There are many neighborhoods with younger people in the early 50's. Don't give it a 2nd thought.

KathieI,

You know what else I discovered about the TV experience? My Golf game instantly improved! Well my long game anyway lol. I figure it was because I was so relaxed; I've never been so accurate off the Tee. Short game.... well needs work but if you consider that I hadn't played a real game in two years, just smacked the ball around at the Driving Range, I was OK with the results. I usually practice putting in my living room during the winter but I got tired of fighting the dogs for the Golf balls lol.

Even though we plan on working; like several folks we met while visiting TV; just being there seems to reduce stress significantly. How can that be bad?!?! Less stress = looking and feeling younger. Sooooo..... age is just a state of mind.
