Facts.

So conclusion seems reasonable based on facts.

If the developer is denied additional amenity rights in an already build out area, where they have sold the amenities, then the apartments would be difficult to rent. However, we all know the man behind the curtain pulls the strings of their well oiled machine. The man was already able to strong arm additional amenity rights out of the AAC north of 466 so he could build out apartments in Spanish Springs and tear down the club house, restaurant, pool, etc.. at Hacienda Hills and build Villas. If the authorities overseeing the amenities were truly independent, objective, and looking out for the best interests of existing residents, they wouldn’t grant additional Ammenity rights in an already fully built out area. Based on what happened at Hacienda Hills, I’m very worried about Tierra Del Sol! Based on what’s happening in Spanish Springs, I’m also worried about Lake Sumter Landing.

As we all pretty much know by now if the developer wants appts there he will be getting appts. Apparently believes he can do better with making the space appts than by trying to sell space as stores.
