I haven't seen any electric delivery vehicles so I can't say how noticeable they are but there are a LOT of electric cars in my neighborhood and they all do a sound when moving so you can hear them. I'm not sure if they play the sound all the time but they do when moving at neighborhood street speeds.

Walkers and bikers also can't hear most cars and trucks with normal exhaust mufflers coming up behind them. If you walk and bike on major residential streets (which you should not do), you can get mirrors to put on your glasses frames.
