Keep lookin.....you will find it someday!

Default Ah yes. I remember it well.

The original post on this thread about whether it is worth the time and money and repetitive effort to have people keep blowing the leaves off the streets reminds me of raising two cookie munching toddlers who loved tracking in sand from the sand box. That's how it is folks. You can sweep it up, but it is gonna come back. If you don't do it, it looks dirty.

I love this place!!! The streets are ALWAYS immaculate.

Cool No Problem

I am not a big supporter of some of the actions of the developer or the way the golf is managed by some of the personnel, BUT I have nothing but great words as to how clean The Village is maintained for a small sum of $135 per month. It is a wonderful feeling to return home (we are year around residents) and see how neat the property is maintained.

I ain't no developer's puppet.
The statements that were made did not make any sense.....because the facts were not known before the mouth was opened.

As stated above: The maintenance is done through the annual maintenance assessment...not the amenities. This is a charge on your annual taxes and calculated by your CDD as what it will cost you for the annual maintenance of your CDD area - lawn mowing, flowers, road maintenance, etc.

Your amenity fees have nothing to do with it.

The title and initial post is incorrect in referring to the amenity fees.
