The resident’s survey ended about 3/4 years ago. But there was a survey before the First Responders Recreation Center was built. There is a survey out on the District website asking seeking ideas for the rebuild of the Paradise Recreation Center.

Some of you are right, the owners never pay attention to the requests on the survey.I guess that’s why so many people keep moving here .

Have to realize that even though TV is large, it has surrounding areas that have to be taken into account. That does change demographics for any corporate planner.
I wonder how the demographics differ in that Sam's seems busy as does BJ's, so why a hard 'no' from Costco...other than existing competition?

Old people don’t frequently need mass quantities of product. Insufficient population and saturated market with BJ and Sams .here.

Just drive the hour if it’s so special

You are correct. The form can be found here: The Villages - Florida's Friendliest Active Adult 55+ Retirement Community
This link is found at thevillages.com, way down at the bottom of the page, Provide Feedback.

The children, grandchildren and families of the original developers do their own research and develop as they see fit. Thus, what you see south of State route 44 is what you got. Newcomers seem to like it as The Villages continues to grow rapidly.
