Default Another golf cart accident on St. Charles in front of Cane Garden

Saw what looked like a bad accident right in front of Cane Gardens yesterday about 4:30 p.m. between a cart and a minivan. A woman appeared to have a head injury. Anyone know what happened and if the woman is going to be OK?
