Hey SteveZ,
My son is a ham here in coastal NH. I am assuming all towers etc needed are not allowed in TV so how do you broadcast.

Well, there always VHF/UHF with small stuff. Haven't set anything up yet for low band, but used to be pretty good with hidden antennae when I lived in on-based housing (many years ago during the Army days.).

Seems to me that a decent trap dipole can be set in the attic area - out of everyone's sight! Used to do that with QRP CW/SSB work and will probably do that again.

If one got really desparate, a heavy-duty antenna tuner would probably load up the aluminum lanai, but the propagation factor would probably be a laugh.

That's really funny! I will never look at another birdcage lanai and not think it's an antenna!

Not a HAM myself but I think that there is a HAM Radio club in the Villages. Check out the Thursday Recreational news or call the Daily Sun and ask.

You are correct, there is a ham radio club here. I am curious if any of the ham club members are also TOTV members.
