I just found a hoop with video, and bought it, at Walmart. Don't know how good it is, but it's made by Golds Gym brand. Will try it out, and if I can do it ok I would love to join everyone Tuesday!

Just a tip - A heavier hoop i.e. over 2lbs can be hard on the neck and other joints plus cause bruising. A lighter weighted hoop makes it easier to manipulate and dance with.

Mine is 1.5lbs and comes apart for travel. It was about $60.
