Nothing yet... probably not until they get a lot closer to actually building them.

Festus, I think you mean in the new area which will be closer to Brownwood, the new town square.

I am pretty sure that there will be several villages in the new area, each with its' own name. And I am guessing that those people who draw the plans have them already drawn to unveil to us when they decide to do so. I say that only because each detail appears so thought out to me.

I love watching the unfolding of the new areas. I bet that there will be some changes in almost everything that are the result of the knowledge they have gained as they continue. I am looking for new house plans across the board. I wonder if there will be two story homes? Better use of space for guests....just thinking........

Looks like the villas/cottages under construction next to The Waterfront Inn have some new floor plans and certainly lots of new exterior designs. They are all poured concrete. Many of them have 2-car garages, too! Still don't know if they will be sold or used in TV's rental program.

I'd go with Lifestyle rentals. The current LS area is getting a little long in the tooth. I think they are offered for sale. Lowest price I saw a month ago was around 375K.

Smart thinking with the 2 car garage options. Those units will go fast. On the Lake, across from a new (to be constructed) professional arts area, just down the street to LS Landings. If you want to be in the "Center of the Villaverse", here Ya Go.
