Default Anybody ever use a Temperature Warning Light in their home?

For seasonal folks in The Villages who go North in the summer, have any of you ever used a "Temperature Warning Device" in your Villages home that is connected to your landline and calls you if the heat in the home goes over 80/82 degrees because of A/C turning off due to power outage??

It appears to be a reverse device of what we leave in our Northern homes in the winter that alerts us of any power outage that causes the temp to go below 45 degrees.

If anyone has experience with this temp device, we'd love to hear about it--either good or bad!
Thanks.

Kind of.......................Up North, if our Temp drops below 55 degrees, we have red Christmas lights connected to the Temp switch and it alerts our neighbors something is wrong. Works well, but it does not call us directly.
