For future reference, there is a shopping and entertainment guide that has maps of both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing with locations of all the shops, restaurants, restrooms, parking, and ATMs. You can get it at the Sales Offices and the Mercantile Stores.

Two great resources - as billethkid said, 'Pick up a copy of TV Magazine' - yes and now it is online, for those that didn't know. The Villages post a 2008 archive page at:

Once you are on a magazine, though, bookmark it, in case the index page goes away. Then you can change which month you are looking at by changing the link slightly:
http://www.nxtbook.com/nxtbooks/thevillages/1208/ is December 2008. Just change the "/1208/" to another month, e.g. /0708/ is July 08, /0208/ is Feb. 08. Magnify with plus sign and reduce with minus sign.
