WONDERFUL photos and everyone is obviously having a super time. Really makes me disappointed that I'll be in TV on the second weekend of next month and, thus, will miss September's luncheon.... oh, well. BTW, how long do you folks "hang out" during these luncheons?

OK, this is the fourth TOTV luncheon I've missed, and I'm not liking it one bit. Thank heavens for the pictures so I can visit in spirit. Sadly, I'm exiled to Canada until after the October luncheon. :dontknow:
But starting in November, I'll be there for six, count them, six luncheons. Yay ... just like looking forward to Christmas when you're a little kid. :bigthumbsup:

South Haven Michigan? I havent heard it mentioned in at least 40 years! Thats where my parents used to take us brats every summer for vacation, It was a real big deal to load us in the car and drive to South Haven.

You just brought back some special memories.

Our family still has cabins behind the dunes in Van Buren State Park about 4 miles south of South Haven. Spent many a summer as a kid playing in the dunes and swimming in the cold Lake Michigan.

It's after midnight and I'm sitting in a room at a lodge on Lake Michigan. It's been a full evening of conversation, dinner, lakeside sun setting watching, drinking, snacking, and joke after joke. There's 10 of us here gathering for a wedding tomorrow.

Nonetheless, after all the evening fun, I would much rather be back in The Villages with all of you.

all of the new friends! Fun looking at all of the photos and we miss the luncheons. Will be back in Nov. as new Grandchild will be born in Oct. This will be #12 for us and each one is so very special. Guess that is why we are Snowbirds or Butterflies!!
