Default Autumn Equinox upcoming in The Villages

http://www.ibtimes.com/first-day-fal...30721510286717

Full Harvest Moon should be beautiful.....not quite full last night, but was spectacular ......

First Day of Fall on Sunday

Are there any little signs in The Villages that autumn is arriving??? Or, same old same old?

Do the leaves change at all? Any noticeable seasonal differences?

We were there once at the end of October and it was beautiful weatherwise.

Ditto for the entire month of November...........

Watch for the Muhly (sp?) grass to put on a beautiful purple display. Most evident on
the golf courses.

A few leaves do change and then get dumped all over my back yard. This may happen in later fall or early winter. I do know that it is a pain in the buttocks.

I can see a change in the types of flowers that are blooming and by the cooler mornings and cooler nights. I can tell by the change in the slant of the sun in the sky and the time of sunrise and sunset. The variety of birds here is changing too. The main sign I see that Autumn is here is my sinuses are inflamed and my allergies attacking me.

Remember that they have to be waxed before shipping, or they will lose their color in transit.... (I once found this out the hard way!)
