That is a reoccurring dream in my household too!

With the current available land and as fast as they build the homes it seems like build-out would be in the next year or two, but just like everything else a lot of factors could come into play, I guess. I've read tales of them possibly buying more land, but don't know if that will be the case.

I've heard anything up to 8 years for build out. But then again I've heard rumors that after build out they are going to start constructing a canal system to the Gulf so they can start having cruise trips out of TV. HEY! There's Rod Searling! Been wanting to talk to him. Gotta run for now guys!
