No. Because I like everything so far and when I stop likin' it, I will move on. Sometimes I shudder to think of it changing into a democracy.

It's just beyond me why you moved to TV in the first place! If mountain biking is your love, there sure aren't any mountains around there. Having said that, I hope you get your wish and can move to an area you like better.

When does that occur?
IF the elected board occurs, Would the elected board inherit the same power or can the restrictions be changed before then without notice to give that authority to for example the central districts??...
change the rules with no input, no way to challenge it, and no notice of the change other than filing some document with a recorder somewhere?
I think that should be changed.

Don't you just love it the way people are always trying to figure out ways to get around whatever they don't like. Hey, rules are rules!

The two special central districts have jurisdiction over all the amenities and commercial property in TV. However, they have no jurisdiction over the 10 numbered districts. So any of the older districts which have resident elected trustees can pass and file an amendment to, for instance, eliminate the ban on “For Sale” signs in their respective district if the majority of residents in that district wanted that, which I doubt they would.

"You are obviously very unhappy. You sound so negative and are holding a grudge for some unknown reason"

"It's just beyond me why you moved to TV in the first place!"
