Electric water heaters have sacrificial anodes
Has any ever had one replaced one in TV? How did the plumber get the old one out & install a new one when the water heater is installed in a closet in the garage with minimum overhead clearance? |

You can get collapsible anode rods but wouldn't the original rod installed at the factory be one piece? If it's one piece, how would the plumber remove it?
