If you go to TheVillages.net, on the left side you will find the link to Polo. All the information is there.

Here's a link to all the options. Keep scrolling down.
IMHO the best seating is the general admission. You can sit in the stadium on the ground floor. There are a lot of avid polo fans that are very willing to explain the game and answer any questions.
Have fun !

Not for me. Public Address announcer' "running commentary" is obnoxious to the ear. We played golf at Hawkes Bay an the sound echoed off the houses. I can only imagine the misery of being at the grounds.

I like polo very much. I brag about the fact we have a polo field in The Villages. It adds a certain amount of Je ne sais quoi. I think it is really classy. After all the queen and 'em watch it and her kids do it.

As for me, I have gone and there are lovely horses and nice people and chuckkers and when they stop for awhile you can run out on the field and stomp down the divots and they will give you free champagne.

I am not a big sports fan. It is confusing and after about fifteen minutes, I am done. But I am very proud we have we have a polo field.

Go Bucks.

Ahhh, so you were listening to a running commentary of a polo match that you were not witnessing. That must be frustrating. But, had you been at the polo field, watching the horses and players in an exhilarating polo match, you would certainly feel differently. Please come to a match. You will love it. If you know what is going on, it is one of the best sports and certainly a bonus to living in the Villages.
Had I been at the polo stadium listening to a golf play by play, I certainly would be frustrated too. You can't judge a polo game from a golf course. Hope that you will go to at least ONE polo match and let us know if you enjoy it.

The issue is not about Polo as a sport/game, instead, it is about the neighborhood noise from an excessive loud PA system. There is no reason for a running commentary of the match, especially by a shrill loud voice. If I lived in that area, I would bring a lawsuit to cease and desist the commentary. How many live basketball, football, baseball, tennis, hockey events have you attended that has a live running commentary? None.

I was setting on the patio of a friend in Summerhill and could hear the commentator. No bother to me. Have tickets for a couple of weeks from now. Looking forward to it!

If one likes polo, great! But do not make the rest of us listen to a high shrill commentator while playing golf. Maybe TV should close Saddlebrook and Hawkes Bay during polo matches in deference to the polo Gods

LOL.
The polo fields were there long before the houses were built in Polo Ridge.
