For some unknown reason I seem to wake at 3-3:30 daily! I am trying to figure out WHY?? I go to bed around 10 and do not take naps. Even have a script for Lunesta. I play on the PC and try to do quiet things so as not to wake hubby. Wish I had a cow to milk to feel useful.

Usually up at 5 AM. Get maybe 5 hours, if i am lucky. Do a few things around the house, and have breakfast.
Then back to the recliner, for another hour of sleep. It's great to be retired, as I need my naps.
