The lady had been entering people's houses from the golf course, was seen in someone's lanai and was taken away in an ambulance? This is so confusing...

Default Wesh

Okay; according to Dave, an assignment editor with WESH News in Orlando: there was a vehicle stolen in Sumter County. Dave told me that a female and child were inside the stolen vehicle and were not victims of a car jacking as has been reported. The driver of the vehicle, according to Dave with WESH, a male suspect, left the scene when he was pulled over by law enforcement. Law enforcement is still looking for the male suspect WESH Dave said. The woman and child, according to Dave with WESH, are being checked out at a local hospital but don't believe to have any injuries. "It is a procedural thing" Dave said.

So did the woman and child enter people's homes from the golf course? Was the woman an accomplice? Did the driver leave on foot? Is there are description of him? This is still so confusing...

As it happened earlier, this lady carrying an infant was seen in a lanai in our neighborhood by a neighbor. The lady with the infant was trying to open the slider. The neighbor called the owner of the house and asked is someone supposed to be in your house? She said no one should be there. Before the neighbor hung up the phone, the lady with infant were gone.

This is when I saw the lady and infant passing my house per my first post. The police were at the end of our street questioning the lady with infant. After about 10 minutes the woman sat down on the street for a bit. It was then the lady and the infant were taken away in an ambulance. There were no injuries apparent to me on her or the infant, so unclear why she left in ambulance.

Everything else is rumor. In this hood at the time it was all happening folks were saying they heard she and 2 guys were looking to break in. No one in my hood saw the guys. Possibly she scouts it out, calls them...

Then I saw another rumor about a car jacking.....

Someone will find out the facts and it will be interesting to put the facts to what I saw....

Sorry bk, missed that.

Still not sure why the lady with infant was trying to get in a house.

Earlier today, I was driving north in the right lane on 441 when a car came flying by me in the left lane being chased by two patrol cars with their light flashing. Within two seconds, the car made a very sharp left to go south on 441. I knew immediately something was happening. Scary!!!

You people report the news better than The Daily Sun. In this mornings paper it was on the front page but it carefully didn't say that the lady with the baby was in the village of Mallory or even say she was in TV. In fact no mention of any of this being inside the campus at all. They did show a map with Odell and Morse on it and included the area outside of TV where the car crashed. I couldn't figure out where Mallory was on the map. It did not mention the injuries of the lady or the baby. Poor baby.

I can't wait until my cub reporter granddaughter meets the real deal in BK and Pturner and of course we know who the English majors are around here. A lot of good writers are on this forum.

So glad to be here even if I am just

Gracie. Cheerleader emeritus.

Edited myself. I reread the article and in did say that the police established a perimeter (?) from County road 100 to Morse Blvd and from Odell Circle to the Village of Caroline gate. I have to stop speed reading. Sorry.

The dark blue car that came screaming past me in the left lane on 441 yesterday was the same car I saw on the news last evening...smashed into a tree.
