Default bikes

Am new to village talk and know there is probably a better place for this. We're from Pa and will be in villages for a week or so at end of July with three grand kids. I'm looking to rent, buy or borrow three or four bikes (I need one too but am planning on buying one). Anyone have some leads for this? Many thanks! PS: Also will be back for winter and am looking to buy a 2 seater gas golf cart (we already have an electric) for company.

BTW, there are two great bike clubs in the Villages with organized rides daily for riders of all speeds and skills. You can learn more about them in the Rec News. the clubs have web pages listed where you can learn about bikes for sale.

I bought a bike from Villages Cycle shop (located in Spanish Springs) in June. The staff were wonderful- very helpful and let me ride three bikes (they have a big lot out back of the store) to see which one was right for me. They had bikes in all price ranges and styles- I bought a more expensive bike because I ride a lot when I am down there (at least 1-2 hours/day) but they had something for everyone.

A little off topic, but are bikes allowed on the golf cart paths?

kit,

simple answer.... YES. The golf cart paths are officially called multi-modal trails and are open to bikes, walkers, joggers, roller bladers, etc.
