As often happens when things are rammed through the legislation without proper analysis, I am now reading that there is some doubt that this action will hurt Disney and may even benefit them

Be that as it may, this was not done for punishment. Disney chose to fight, DeSantis has the courage to fight back. No one in this state voted for Disney to have a say in our politics. They chose to attack the state of Florida, as Rambo said, “they drew first blood”.

I'm saying that maybe (just maybe) this all happened so quickly and with next to no due diligence that the Fl gov thought they were punishing Disney by removing what looks like a big perk. But maybe it really isn't such a great perk anymore. Things change (a lot) in 50 years. So Disney is quiet because they are trying to figure out why what just happened is bad for them.
