Default Broiler Pan

My wife noticed that our new GE stove (in our new house) didn't come with a broiler pan. First time she ever saw that. We asked the builder and he says they don't come with them any more. Anyone else run into this?

Default Broiler Pan

I recently purchased a new GE gas range and the broiler pan was listed as an accessory. You can purchase them at most dealers or online. Check out the manufacturers web site.

Yes, our sales agent pointed that out to us.

Default Broiler Pans

We just purchased a Maytag Stove. No broiler pan. They had a coupon that you could get one for $15, but the address was incorrect. ????????

I finally went out and purchased one locally.

I guess the broiler pan has joined the ranks of the shrinking coffee can, (from 16 oz to now 11.5 oz)

Default No Broiler Pan Anymore

I guess you don't get a broiler pan with any of the new stoves now. I recently purchased a new stove from Sears and it did not come with a broiler pan.

However, they gave us a coupon to get one free by mail but we had to pay $5.95 in handling costs.
