Brownwood in in the wrong place. It's 3 miles from SS to LSL and eight miles from LSL to Brownwood. Why did they build a town square at the very edge of the development? It seems to me that it should have been built half way between LSL and Rte 44. That way people from both sides would go there.
Some where around 466A and halfway between Morse and Buena Vista would have been a much better location.

It's only in a bad location if you don't live close to it. There's no way a town square can be convenient to everyone.
