Was going to explore the new area by golf cart this afternoon, but, alas, there is a barricade in the cart path just south of the BV/Rt 466 light. Guess golf carts aren't allowed down there yet.

Yes there is a barricade on the cart path but the two trips we have made down the new Buena Vista section we have seen quite a few golf carts on the cart path all the way down to 44A.
