I assume it would be at a Family Pool attached to a Rec Center. I'd report it to Rec Center staff inside.

How do you know they don't come here regularly to visit parents or grandparents? My daughter is under 55 and is a very regular visitor, she comes every 2-3 months for anywhere from 7-14 days at a time.
