What’s makes CVS worse than other pharmacies? We have been happy with them (aside from a push to self-checkout). They are the mail order pharmacy used by Blue Cross Blue Shield in the state of our northern home.

Also, Developer (commercial realtor) wants a nice mix of retailers for residents.
Commercial realtor also wants the businesses (tenants) to be a success, bankrupt businesses don’t pay rent.
A pizza restaurant may not want to open next door to another pizza restaurant.

Stranger things have happened.

Look at all the CVS and Walgreens that are neighbors, not to mention Lowes and Home Depot

Since this is a wish list, I think the one business everyone wishes was somewhere in the Villages (regardless of location), would be a good Hospital with a functional ER.

ED only functions well if those who really need a ED emergency enters. But that will never happen in TV or any facility in every state.

Our ED’s were always bogged down, with non life threatening visits. Slowing down even the best ED.

Every person must be seen, no matter what, therefore clogging the system instead of non emergency people going to an urgent care.

So you are asking for the impossible. Our EDs were in discussions of adding an urgent care in the front, leaving room for the bus patients, who needed emergency care.

I'm sure if they built an ice arena in TV that it would be very well utilized for a variety of rink sports. I've seen multiple people with hockey sticks in their garage.

I had CVS as well but I take between 30-40 pills a day and they all come from CVS as it is the only place my insurance pays so I am there. Our CVS up north is open 24/7 including the pharmacy so we go. In addition to prescriptions there is all the over the counter drugs plus food and candy and health and beauty etc so we shop there.

The Target along 441, along with several other retail stores, was built on property owned by the Villages Developer and is golf cart accessible. It’s not improbable that something similar could be built south of 44 especially in the Eastport/Middleton area.
