Sight unseen
The key is who your salesperson is and what they can do for you. Every day I thank our sales person, Victoria Campbell. We looked on the web site every day seeking just the right home. We went on a LSV and talked about what we wanted and anything that came on the market that fit our needs she would send us an email. She even went to two we liked and did a video walk through with her ipad and sent it to us. Her running commentary was great and rally gave us feeling for the home and the area. Went to Google Earth and looked over the area. Called Victoria and put the offer in and went down a week later to see what we had done. It was one of the best decisions we could have made - Love the home - Love the area - Love the Villages. We still laugh about it because I said I would never buy site unseen! I think the key is having a good sales person who knows what you want and will do the extra little things to make it happen.
