Default Car display @ LSL

Went to look at all the new cars on display at LSL. Several used cars on display as well. Didn't see any that really caught my eye. The GENESIS was nice, as well as the smaller LINCOLN. Nice display of new CORVETTE'S, but I would never own one, not even as a gift. FD had one of there rescue trucks there, seems like people were more interested in that, rather than the new cars. Had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich @ _____ ______'s. Worst sandwich of my life, but the coffee was excellent. Decided to keep my car for another year.

I feel better knowing I really didn't miss much since I couldn't attend.
Thanks, BobnBev.

I took a quick walk around. Seemed to be more used cars than new. Nothing like back in '19.

Went to an early one about 11 years ago. Sparse pickings but spurred me to visit the dealership later and buy a car.

We dropped by and were very disappointed. She who must be obeyed is in the market for a new car and the brand that she is interested in only had two models and very little information.

I would never buy a new car in an area surrounding The Villages. Seems like dealers are here to take every penny they can from older folks. Travel a little, save a lot is my motto.

I went there only for the Happy News advertised "food trucks" and at 1:30 PM the only food truck (singular, no "S") was the kettle corn poppers. Even the usual hot dog and fries guy was MIA. Ended up in Panera. Chicken sandwich wasn't bad. LOL.

The “rescue truck” was assisting a man with a medical emergency

That's the same way I fell about my medical care near or in TV.

Not when I was talking with them, maybe later.

Of course they are, just like all car dealers.

However, some of us have found a method that makes car-buying a wonderful and enjoyable experience, and we have told others how we do it in several other posts.
