I have just put in LVF in my courtyard villa and want to keep it nice.
Do I use dust mop, wet/dry mop, Swifter, spin bucket with mop? Or what? I have always had ceramic tile. Appreciate any suggestions.

Always best to follow manufacturer's recommendations. My cleaning people use microfiber pads on flat mop heads (like wet swiffer ) dipped in water with vinegar. I ask them to add a slop of Mr Clean because I like to smell those chemicals when I come home-it smells clean! Over 3 years and no scuffs, marks, fading etc. I love my LVF.

![]() But I -do- vacuum the house first, before she does the wet mopping... And she uses a splash of Pine-Sol, not Mr Clean...

We use a swifter after spraying an area with window cleaner. Window cleaner does not leave a film or streaks. We use window cleaner on our laminate also. Don't like the smell of vinegar.

We use a PH neutral cleaner ZEPP, as we had the tile grout sealed with a color matching sealer and the manufacturer recommended this product, so we use this on all of the floors.
