1800 carts a day is about one every 30 seconds when considering a 14 hour day (7AM to 9PM). Maybe his "counting machine" is off a bit

So true.
People buy homes near sporting venues and complain when events happen and the lights go on (TV example; the new HS complex) or people that buy homes next to colleges/universities, many that existed well before their arrival. Do your homework and if you don’t, you own it

Been there since day one……..
I am guilty of using this route.
I also use it but it's not something new, I'm sure also that it was there when he bought the house, what about the houses on golf courses and they have golfers driving by ALL DAY!! That's how ridiculous the complaint is.... I'm thinking that's all he has to do all day is keep a chart of how many carts are driving by! I doubt I would like it either but I wouldn't agree to buy there!

Didn’t I agree?

If it's going to be a cut through for a high volume of carts they could add some speed bumps to slow those down who are late for their tee time.

My cart is governed at the speed limit and I get passed often by carts with no clubs on the back.

You speed through that entrance and your head may hit the roof.

No need. The drainage "culvert" or whatever you call it is so deep and the turn so sharp that there is no speeding there whatsoever.
