Default Cats - not the Broadway NY kind

are cats supposed to be on a leash/restraint of some sort when off resident's property? just wondering....there seems to be 4 cats roaming about my silver lake neighborhood - and they were not here this part march/april! i guess it's a good thing since i saw one of the cats taking a "gift" home - looked to be a mouse!

Arrow Cat Lover Here!

I would think that cats should be on a leash or restrained in some way, mostly for their own good. I can't imagine anyone with half a brain letting their cats roam free with so many gators and predators around. I'm not sure of what the actual rules are though.

Default Feral cats

There were quite a few "wild" feral cats around the golf course at the back of the library near the school a few years ago. (Can't remember the name of that particular course at the moment). As cats breed every few months from what I can remember I guess we might be over-run with them some time.

thanx all for your input!

i hate the idea that these are feral cats - they are so pretty - even the black halloween cat!

Chelsea - I never even thought of the gators! now i'm upset because some dimwit(s) is/are letting their pet(s) run loose! and i'll worry if i can't maintain the head count!

and Ed -thanx especially for the cite - i really did not want to dig for my covenant papers!
