I have a Mobile pay as you go plan and the reception was fine when I visited in April. Of course I only used it a few times to call back home.

I have Verizon and live in Liberty Park. It works fine outside, in the car, or in the lanai. Some areas inside the house will drop a call. I was told that Verizon has and continues to add new towers as TV expands. It's definitely a LOT better than it was 2 years ago.

Thanks to everyone who replied with info re: Verizon (and other carriers). We'll let you know how the service is next week compared to last April in Duval. Maybe new towers have been added since then.
