Cause you have the basic service. IMO the white round modem has problems. Had 4 replaced in little over year, I think it overheats and burns out. been in this house 16 months with the white one , I guess I’m just lucky , although like many of my lucky friends. Hmmm basic service?? I wouldn’t know because I don’t know what I’m missing lol

Century Link was near Jersey Mikes a while back. I am almost certain that there is no office over this way anymore. Almost certain. I have no proof.

UPDATE: I checked it out when I got home. It appears that CenturyLink closed its store locations. They did have 4 locations in Florida but not anymore now.
