Default Light and bright - the Florida look

I have cherry in Swimdawg North. It's warm & welcoming. But when I built Swimdawg South....an Iris, I knew I wanted LIGHT AND BRIGHT.....and I got the exact look I wanted. I wouldn't want to switch the look of either home....each is perfect for the location.

I agree. If I had two homes.... For me it would be two different styles. Both your homes are gorgeous!!!!
