Looking for a co-ed yoga class for me and my better half during the Jan to March 2009 timeframe. Must be a "Beginner" class... really beginner class. Thanks for your help.

There are several yoga classes at the various Rec Centers. These do not cost anything and you can find where and when the classes are held in The Daily Sun. This said I think the best yoga classes are given through the Villages College by Caron and Jack Krier. There will be a beginner class starting in January. It will run for 8 weeks and the cost is around $50. Caron is fantastic and takes her time teaching the correct moves. All classes are coed.
