Default Comfort Aire Mattresses?

We're still going through mattress hell....not satisfied with the pillowtop we bought a year ago and investigating other options. I read through all the old threads on TOTV. Many people recommend and are happy with their Select Comfort (Sleep Number) Air Mattress.

But, there is a new store on Canal St in LSL - Relax in Comfort. They sell a Comfort Aire Air mattress. They say Comfort Aire was the original air mattress company and Select Comfort was started later by one of their former employees. Supposedly ComfortAire is significantly less expensive than Select Comfort.

The bed certainly felt comfortable... being adjustable on each side is a plus. Also, it basically is an assembled bed so any part can be replaced if it wears out (mattress cover, foam layer, etc). These were the main plusses we could see.

Anyway, has anyone on here bought a ComfortAire air mattress? How long have you had it? Happy with it? If a King size, any issue with mountains and valleys forming?

Default Try Tempurpedic 30 days for free

This doesn't answer your question about the ComfortAire mattress, but the Mr. and I are so happy with our mattresses, that I just had to throw in my two cents worth:

We purchased tempurpedic mattresses about 5 years ago and love them. We even got one for our RV because we couldn't stand sleeping on anything else. You may want to go to a mattress store that sells these and try one out. They have a 30 day trial period and you can return the mattress if you don't like it.

Tempurpedic mattresses are high density foam and are the "memory" foam you may have seen advertised. To us, they are the most comfortable mattresses.

Default

We have had select comfort for 12 years-loved it-passed it down to daughter & hubby. Bought a comfort-aire 4 years ago-love it also. So far no problems with either unit. Both are King Size. Wife sleeps at about 85 and I sleep at about 45. (using sleep numbers). Nothing compares to these units-both of us get our comfort level and can still be in the same bed. The Comfort-aire does not have an actual number on controller but you know when you are comfortable. Tried a tempurpedic but found it to be too hot feeling.
