I live in the Village of Amelia. How do I find out what district I am in so I know what days to water?

We (Amelia) are in District 6 http://www.districtgov.org/images/vi...ghborhoods.pdf

Your watering days and times should be posted on your utility/fuse box in the garage next to the irrigation control.

Here's the link for the watering days. For CDD's 1-4, the days are specified. For CDD's 5-10, it says to check the sticker on your irrigation controller. But, it goes by whether your house is even or odd numbered, so if you don't have a sticker, you can just ask your neighbors.

Thanks for the information. I bookmarked the link. I don't have any stickers on the fuse box or controller about sprinklers or watering days. A repairman is coming Monday to replace the control system. He thinks it was hit by lighting and says the Hunter SRC Plus is not made any more. The controller shows ERRRR message, which I guess isn't good. Won't even run manually. My first sprinkler system, what do I know.

According to the SRC Plus Manual (page 23-24) the ERRRR message means it's a wiring problem. Check to see if you have a loose or disconnected wire.
Here's the manual

There is a orange wire not connected to anything. I ran the hunter quick check two times, but it didn't show any err or shorts when I start a station manually it starts timing but no water.

Try using RUN BYPASS SENSOR instead of MANUAL
If the rain sensor is wet, you will get the timer runnig , but no water.

Green light on sensor. When I ran the bypass I got errr on all stations. But when I ran the quick test I didn't get any errrr. Guess the repairman will figure it out tomorrow. Only moved in a week ago. They ran manually on day of inspection 3 weeks ago.

Mystery solved. Water Wizzard came & found where the Direct TV installer had cut the cables on the sprinkler system while digging to install his pole for the dish. That was expensive. Next time I hope he calls 1-800 dig.
