Does anyone know what is going in along 466 between Morse and Rolling Acres on the right side of the road?

I heard their starting another village. But then I heard it was going to commercial. So I am looking for an answer also.

Heard 300+ new homes. It shows on the district gov map as part of section 9 which is the Sanibel constructio. If you blow up the map pool and mailbox area is visible.
