Best I can tell you is they (the company The Villages) are growing and, like always, trying new ideas to make the community better. This new idea is definitely about entertainment and less about commercial properties.

At the 1:44 point in your video of the work being done south of Route 44, it shows a rectangular area with a lot of trees and a house. I found the house on G00GLE maps as well.
Is that an area that would not sell out to The Villages? If so, I guess the house will stay there and The Villages will just build around it and provide a way for the owners access their property. |
