We were long-time Village residents and are looking to rent a house for a return visit for the two of us for a month. Having lived there, we have specific ideas for where/what we want. We would like to rent a home with a golf course view...on any golf course between 466A and 44. We also like homes in Hemingway that have golf course views. We prefer a Designer but would consider a courtyard with a golf view. A private pool is desirable but not required. We are looking at January or February but are flexible on our dates and would consider December and March as well. I think in 2022 there will be a shortage of furnished rentals especially if the border with Canada is opened. You don't see a lot of owners jumping on this post and that should tell you something. Also, renting out a house with a pool is a huge liability on the owners part and doubt there are many on the rental market. There will be no "deals" to be made, that is for sure, and if I were looking I would contact Hometown Property Management and get something while you can.
