Sometimes you can find an already built NEW spec house that has all that you want in it.

Sometimes it is a good option to go to one of the smaller designers that are on bigger lots. Sometimes they are about the same as the cottages.

The plan is to expand the across the rear not bumped out, so we should be ok there, but I follow your meaning.

Well we set a budget of 165-170 so I don't think those are going fall in that range.
Also the taxes and bond etc.
