I don't see where it tells me that I'll receive the $45 gift card anywhere... When I enter in cjslick, it shows the code applied for a $0.01 discount.

I signed up for this deal. I have used the web site "Slick Deals" before and it worked well. It looks like the $45 shop card will arrive by email that you take to customer service and they give you the card. Anyway, Costco sent me my membership #. So after lunch I will mosey over to Costco to buy two cases of Charmin to add to the two cases I already have at home. I hope they carry the mens version of Sydney Sweeney Jeans. I'm ready to shop till I drop....

Call Costco customer service and ask them about this deal.
